Mobile Messaging Terms

These Mobile Messaging Terms apply to SMS and MMS messages sent by or on behalf of Revolution Web Studios LLC ("Revolution Web Studios," "we," "our," or "us").

By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service.

1. Mobile Messaging Program Description

Revolution Web Studios LLC may send text messages related to consultations, appointments, service updates, project communication, support, follow-ups, reminders, and promotional or marketing messages.

Messages may be sent using automated technology, including an automatic telephone dialing system, CRM platform, or messaging service provider.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any products or services from Revolution Web Studios LLC.

You may also revoke consent by using other reasonable opt-out words or requests, such as:

END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT

After you opt out, you may receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.

Opting out of SMS messages does not automatically unsubscribe you from email communications, phone calls, or other non-SMS communications unless you separately request that.

8. Supported Carriers and Delivery

Message delivery may be subject to carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, service provider limitations, and third-party platform performance.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not guarantee that messages will be delivered, received, or available at all times.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us if your mobile number changes or is no longer yours.

You agree not to use our mobile messaging program for unlawful, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

Your continued participation in our mobile messaging program after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your participation in our mobile messaging program at any time if we believe you have violated these terms, applicable law, or our policies.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the mobile messaging program at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Mobile Messaging Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes related to these Mobile Messaging Terms will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless another venue is required by applicable law.
